City Hearts has a wonderful team made up of dedicated people who have chosen to spend their lives helping to lift others up!!
Jenny Gilpin - Executive Director
Jenny, also the Senior Pastor of Hope City Church with her husband Dave, has one son Ryan who is 16 years of age. Jenny was adopted from birth and has always had a dream in her heart to have a home for young women with life controlling issues to see them free and to become everything they can be. Jenny launched City Hearts over two years ago and continues to be involved in the lives of the young women in the programme.
Siobhan Bullock - Director
Siobhan is involved in the day to day oversight and leadership of City Hearts. Her experience in leadership and also her heart to see young women's lives restored means she loves every minute of it! Siobhan's own broken background gives her understanding of some of the issues faced by the young women and also a real heart to see wholeness in their lives.
Colleen Daly - Project Manager
Colleen practically manages the City Hearts Project, she works with the girls and leads a great team of staff and volunteers. Colleen shares a great understanding of women who have been controlled by life issues and after gaining her own personal breakthroughs in life she now lives to see other young women become whole and find a real inner contentment.

Karen Bianchi - Senior Project Worker
Karen is one of our leading project workers, she is a young woman with a beautiful pastoral heart. Karen often goes beyond the call of duty and is pouring her life into the women's lives to see them become free and content in life.
Maureen Bardram - Project Worker
Maureen, a mother of five, is a compassionate lady with seemingly endless amounts of time to give to the young women in the programme. Maureen is a real mother figure who inspires and encourages each young woman through difficult times.
Louise Durham - Project Worker
Louise is 21 years old and one of our newest staff members. She is no stranger to the project though as alongside completing her degree she has spent huge amounts of time volunteering in the project already! Louise is a really determined young woman with a big heart to see girls succeed.
Gemma Bannister - Project Worker
Gemma is a young woman with a great passion to see lives restored and young women living their life to the full. Gemma is a fabulous addition to the City Hearts team with her energy, enthusiasm and zaniness there's never a dull moment!
Dr Anita Rose - BA (Hons), DClinPsy, CPsychol
Anita is a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist and provides psychological therapy to each of the young women in the City Hearts Project. With years of experience and a great heart to see lives changed and turned around Anita is a great asset to the team.
