Thank God for Edward Kimball who planted seeds of life into his Sunday School class that eventually led to the salvation of Billy Graham. Edward was a history maker. He made the stuff. Not by what he owned, but by what he gave. Not by what he had, but by what he planted.
Wealth Creation is all about planting. It’s creating seed so that we can plant it directly into the Kingdom of God. Our part of being history makers in SHEFFIELD is to build a 900 seater auditorium that will be the step towards building a 2000 seater Megaplex as well as the all new refurbished Megacentre. Our part of being history makers in LIVERPOOL and LEEDS is to sow our seeds of finance into the creation and development of Megacentres that will change our cities for the cause of Christ!

SHEFFIELD
STAGE ONE – September 2008
A 900 seater auditorium, providing both a 5-star conference facility for the city of Sheffield and South Yorkshire as well as a vision for growth for Hope City Church. It will be a place that will be filled with people swarming from the North, South, East and West – to be united for Jesus Christ.
We will also be giving a large offering into a Megacentre investment property that will be developed under the sound management of the Megacentre to enhance its value and provide a significant contribution towards our coming Megaplex and the all new refurbished Megacentre.
STAGE TWO – Beginning 2010
THE MEGAPLEX – A large 1500-2000 seater facility that will be the home of Hope City Church in Sheffield, the base of all our national vision as well as providing Sheffield’s premier centre for conferencing and national events.
STAGE THREE – Beginning 2011
THE ALL NEW MEGACENTRE - Our current 55,000 square foot Megacentre will be revamped into a 5 star centre for mercy and care. In partnership with other organizations, we will be multiplying our City Hearts project in providing care for victims of addiction and abuse, training hundreds of people in our Megalearn project as well as expanding our vision for youth, children and community care.

Your Wealth Creation!
With an explosion of ideas such as car boot sales, business ventures, Ebay Trading, property acquisition, craft and great ideas, having a lodger, writing a book plus much, much more you can participate in our vision to raise as much seed money as possible to sow into the expansion of the Megacentre (that will itself create wealth through our conferencing department), create the Megaplex as well as the all new Megacentre.
There are four levels of partnership:
MEDITERRANEAN PARTNERS: £1 - £1999 over 2 years.
ARCTIC PARTNERS: £2000 - £4999 over 2 years
PACIFIC PARTNERS: £5000 - £9999 over 2 years
ATLANTIC PARTNERS: £10,000 - £100,000 over 2 years
There are three stages of partnership:
NEWCOMERS:
A 2 year pledge starting in June 2008 and ending in June 2010.
FINAL YEAR WEALTH CREATORS:
This is the last 12 months of your 3 year pledge. (You can redeem your pledge anytime over the next 12 months.) Many people have found themselves in a position to increase their previous pledge whilst some people may need to re-evaluate it.
SECOND YEAR WEALTH CREATORS:
This is the second year of your 3 year pledge (You can redeem your pledge anytime over the next 24 months.)
CHOICE TWO - Goal £250,000
We do it for you!
This is a 6 month pledge for those who would like to invest into our Megacentre’s property development plan.
Our plan is to buy property for around £250,000. Invest around £250,000 and sell for around £600,000 with the possibility of doing this twice during this next season.
For those who have already pledged to Wealth Creation, but are unable to fulfil their pledge due to time restraints, you can adjust your pledge and now commit it to this project. You can add 20% to your 6 month pledge and count it as a hassle free way of raising income for our Megacentre and Megaplex vision.
This money will also be used in the expansion of the Megacentre to create a 900 seater auditorium that will in turn create money through our Megacentre conferencing.

LEEDS
Our aim is to obtain a permanent building providing us a 300 seater auditorium for the new season of growth and increase at Hope City Church in Leeds.
God said to Abraham, “Be careful to follow every command I am giving you today, so that you may live and increase and may ENTER AND POSSESS THE LAND that the LORD promised.” Deut 8:1
This is our time to possess the land and enter into the promise God has given us to establish His church in the great city of Leeds.
THE PLEDGE
We’re believing for £30,000 to be redeemed over a 6 month period. This will provide us with the much needed finance to make our first steps in securing the new home of Hope City Church in Leeds.
Let’s sow SEEDS of FAITH and FINANCE as we lay hold of God’s promise over our lives and His church.
LIVERPOOL
Now that we’ve begun the task of building our Liverpool Megacentre, it’s time to get firmly connected to the continuing success of all that we’ve started.
They say that a vision without a task is merely a wish and if you attempt a great task without vision, it is nearly unbearable. But if you put the two together it’s truly a force to be reckoned with! We’re putting a FAITH-FILLED VISION in front of a ‘Kingdom’ task that’s got a touch of Heaven on it for our congregation to take new ground in our city and beyond.
THE PLEDGE
This year, to finish phase two of the developments of the Liverpool Megacentre, we need to raise £30,000 and see that all we’ve begun truly makes the impact our hearts all desire.
Proverbs 3:25 says, “A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.” Allow God to ignite our hearts and minds to give generously to the vision and to see vast numbers of people helped in both our weekend church services as well as through the ministry of the Megacentre; that way God is sure to reward all our sacrifices, and richly bless our creative giving.

NEWCASTLE
We’ve had an amazing year since starting our newest congregation in the great city of Newcastle. We’ll be taking up a 2 month pledge offering to give you an opportunity to sow seeds of faith and finance towards the future growth of this great congregation. We’re looking for a bunch of history makers to help us turn our vision into a reality by getting behind the venue, promotion and planning.
